By copying and making use of the contents of the CHECKOUT PRESS KIT (hereinafter the "Press Kit") you agree to this Image Usage Agreement.
The Images contained in the Press Kit (hereinafter the 'Images') may solely be used for editorial use by press and/or industry analysts. You may not transfer the rights granted to you by this Agreement. If you know someone else who may have use for the Press Kit, refer them to this page instead.
The Images may not be used for promotional purposes. You may not alter or modify the Images in any way. MADEBYSOFA retains ownership of the Images at all time.
The Images are supplied without warranty of any kind, including non-infringment or ownership. All materials in the Press Kit are provided on an "as-is" basis.
All disputes arising out of the use of the Press Kit or this Image Usage Agreement shall be settled by the courts of Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
